Our Methodology

For a School to exist and excel, it needs to put in place effective strategies to ensure growth, sustainability, achievement as well as tap opportunities for its learners. We have purposed to emphasize on the following:

Qualified teachers

To achieve our mission and vision, we have a team of highly qualified and committed teaching staff. These are people with demonstrable professionalism. In fact, they are some of the most highly coveted professionals in the region. We entrust them with the task of guiding our students to demonstrate high academic, moral and ethical values.

Discipline

Discipline is fully enhanced to make responsible citizens. We make sure that our girls are strict observers of the code of conduct. This is enhanced by emphasizing the importance of respecting fellow schoolmates, supportive staff and the teachers.

All members of staff have profound responsibility of molding the behavior of the girls. Everybody is watchful against abusive language, disrespect and are continually vigilant of signs of drug and substance abuse.

Curriculum

The School offers the 8-4-4 Curriculum. Subjects like French and computer have also been incorporated to prepare our students for future life changes. We heavily emphasize on Maths and Sciences. Our students are thus well enabled to meet the challenges of the today’s technological advancements.

Our Computer Laboratory is fully equipped with full multimedia computers. Both theoretical and practical aspects of the computer literacy are well enhanced. Therefore, students experience the thrill of manipulating computers in a profound way.

Participation of Parents

Parents make an indispensable part of school community. We thus request and encourage them to actively participate in the education of their children. They are allowed to hold regular interactive sessions with the teaching staff and the management. They should also support and guide their children in academic and personal development affairs.

Games & Sports

Work without play makes Jack a dull boy. Games and sports in a moderated manner play an important role in students success.

Sporting activities include soccer, netball, volleyball, basketball, hockey, athletics and swimming which are all done in the School. We also have a good number of indoor games based on talent.

More extra-curricular activities include: debating, wildlife, Christian Union, drama/poetry, music, Girl guides and Journalism. Every learner must join at least one of the enlisted activity.
