Library
A library is the most important part of any learning institution. It is an Important facility that adds value to education. Wankan Girls houses an equipped Library where copies of recent publications, both fiction and subject based are stocked. We also have collections of journals, newspapers, magazines and periodicals.
It is the responsibility of the Librarian, teaching staff and the management to upgrade the library for enjoyment, general knowledge and academic development.

This is a students best companion in her college life since she spends most of the time in the class.

A day well spent deserves some rest. That is why we make sure that the students get a comfortable place to sleep at night.

Dining & Meals
A great place where our students can comfortably take their delicious meals. A well balanced diet of delicious meals given here cannot be surpassed. Students wake up to enjoy freshly baked bread from the Wankan Bakery. On some days, this is taken with either smokies, sausages or eggs. Finally, this is swallowed down with some hot cocoa, tea or chocolate. Looking forward to Thursday night is not a surprise as all anxiously wait to twist the spaghetti. The variety of food offered here is one of a kind.
Dispensary
Some uncertainties in life happen and that is why it is essential for any learning institution to have a dispensary to take care of such uncertainties. The School has a fully registered nurse who resides resides at the School. In-case of serious sickness, we have ready transport to and from the nearby reputable hospitals.
Computer Laboratory
In the age and time that we are living, it is good to embrace technology and use it to our own positive advantage.
Swimming Pool
For Several years, Kasarani was the destination for swimming in Wankan. Indeed Tuesday afternoons sent a student to excitement to each person as all and sundry prepared themselves and got in the bus ready to set off. Nobody could wait to have a dip in the pool. However, even half an hour was up, the driver would come shouting ^Tokeni! Tokeni! Saa zimeenda!^. Some would resist and soon, the life guard would come, ^Out!, Another school is Coming!^.
And that was the problem. With half of our time on the road, we did not get enough time to enjoy ourselves. It was until we got our own pool that this little darkness of ours was banished. With a pool in the school, it practically takes minutes to change and get into the pool. Furthermore, there is no one rushing us claiming that we will get late or our turn is over.
By having our own swimming pool, it is alot easier to organize inter class competitions. Kasarani being a place hired for hours or more frankly minutes, it was almost if not impossible to arrange competitions for our students.
Through our pool, individual talents have been developed and nurtured. Swimming games have also played a key role in entertaining our students.
