Greetings all. Welcome to Wankan High School Website. Thanks for your time you have dedicated to learn more about us. This is a Community focused, development oriented, training Institution, without any Governmental or political affiliation.
From the time of inception, the institution has distinguished itself as a Center of academic excellence drawing students from all over Kenya, this being a major signification of the confidence which foreigners and Kenyans have on the institution’s ability to deliver in the field of academia
I am glad to note that after a long period of solemn service and total dedication from Wankan High School staff, students, sponsors, parents, and other stakeholders in education, Wankan  High School has stood the test of time and has emerged as one of the best  registered Private School.

Wankan High School is committed in providing quality and affordable training geared towards equipping every student with unmatched competence. The institution is set to making education a rewarding and enjoyable experience that will bring about positive change in attitudes of trainee to enable them build bridges to career and business success. In order to make this a reality. Wankan High School employs very experienced, competent, and dedicated teaching and non-teaching staff from different regions within the country, who passionately serve in various capacities within the system.
We have a students’ organization under the leadership of the students’ leader working together with the senior teachers to take care of the social aspect of the students.
Students are able to interact in both co curricula and extra curricula activities like in games, community service, YCS, CU, and Choir.
At Wankan High School, students get a chance to grow whole rounded guided by our core values of transparency and accountability, excellence and innovation, efficient use of resources, flexibility and adaptability and total quality management. Geared to our motto: Excellence is our precedence.

Wankan High School has well equipped Computer Laboratories fitted with modern computers  as well as library to facilitate learning and research for all our students, recreational Facilities e.g. Olympic Level Swimming Pool. We also have a well-equipped library with modern and relevant books for different disciplines.
